Urban Cactus ships from the United States. At this time we only ship within the United States.

Items are shipped USPS 1-3 days after after date of purchase. (Excluding holidays & weekends.)

We hope you are happy with your items, but if for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after purchase. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 30 days since you purchased an item we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. 

In order to return or exchange an item it must be in the same condition that it was when you received it and you must include receipt or proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
